Top 30 Ways Nigerians Lose Belly Fat and Weight in Nigeria & Transform Their Bodies


Today being February, we are officially 8% into the year of 2014 …Are you 8% closer to those goals you set out for yourself concerning your weight and health?

In my 10 years in the fitness industry and helping hundreds of clients transform their bodies, I’ve settled into some transformation principles that have helped everyone from the stay at home mom to the high performing CEO of a top performing company.

Here are my Top 30 body transformation tips. My recommendation is to take the ones that resonate with you the most and discard what you don’t deem necessary. 

Best way to use this is to PRINT out this page, choose one or two principles to apply to your life every week.  Making one small improvement every single week leads to 30 improvements for the year.

Imagine what your life would look like with 30 awesome improvements.  It would be life changing.  So are you ready?  Let’s go. 

1. Use Metabolic Resistance Training as your main workout at least 3x a week.

2. Challenge yourself by using heavy weights that you can do with perfect form

3. Build your workouts around the big 5 (Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, Pull Ups and Military presses)

4. Build your workouts around weights being the primary mode of working with cardio being secondary.

5. Do the ultimate fat loss cardio program by doing 10-12 minutes of interval training followed by a nice 20 minute jog.

6. Change up everything in your workouts from the tempo you do the exercises to the exercises themselves to the sets, reps…everything. The more inefficient we make your body during the workouts the more it will be challenged to deal with the new stress.

8. GRIP your weights like they owe you money. The grip is super important because it keeps your shoulder capsule locked in thus avoiding injury. When doing any exercise make sure you grip as hard as you can. Do this and feel the difference it makes for your body.

9. When training save your joints by stopping one rep before failure 95% of the time.

10. Use Mobility Warm Ups before each training session

11. Reduce the size of the meals you eat at night or in the evenings as our body energy reserves are already full at that time. Any excess results in weight gain or belly fat

12. Drink a litre of water first thing in the morning. Bonus points for putting a slice of lemon for detox and alkalizing effects

13. Replace all caloric drinks with water while you are at it.

14. Get yourself under a regular eating schedule and train your hunger like a dog

16. Keep alcohol intake to a couple drinks a week. You cannot change your body if you’re binging on alcohol every single week. You just can’t. 

17. If you intend on drinking on a particular day then minimize the damage better by keeping your diet as low fat as possible.

19. Get rid of all of the toxic people in your life.  ’Nuff said.

20. Use the acronym #NFE in your life. NFE means “No Freaking Excuses”. If you want to put just any word in the middle then by all means go ahead.

Sure you’re a little tired. Sure you have 3 kids and work a 9 to 5 job. But I’m sure you can find someone on this world who has the same situation as you do that is achieving the goals you want to achieve. If you want something bad enough in life stop making excuses and start doing something about it.

 21. Eat high fat high protein breakfasts for greater satiety and more energy. I talk a great deal about fat burning foods here

22. Surround yourself with people who are focused on achieving the same goal you are. You are the average of the 5 people you hang around the most. Choose them wisely.

23. Love your body. No seriously …LOVE your body. Your results will be in direct reflection to how much you love your own blessed body.

24. Celebrate the small successes. You don’t realize it but you’re getting better every single day. Start celebrating each and every little (or big) success in your life.

25. Learn from your failure. Failure is not final. Neither is success. Learn from both and realize that nothing is ever final unless you make it so. “Don’t let your successes go to your head & don’t let your failures go to your heart.” ~ Will Smith

26. Own yourself and your results. Take responsibility for everything that has happened thus far in life and take total 100% responsibility. Meaning, you look the way you are because you caused it. Now DO something about it.

28. There is no “secret” or “diet pill” to transforming your body. It takes a good plan, plenty of support and A LOT of hard work. Look at this Ghanaian actress (Nadia Buari) for instance. When you reach one goal you’ll most likely start to reach for another one. It’s all about evolving yourself, your knowledge and your body. Wherever you are start now.

Stop procrastinating and take the first step to go after the things you want in life.

29. Don’t take this fitness and nutrition stuff so seriously.

Avoid getting into arguments about which diet is best because they all work.  Stop criticizing other people based on their way of eating.  Everyone deserves to do what they think is best to change their bodies.  Let them be and focus on yourself.

 30. Repeated for emphasis. Own yourself and your results. Take responsibility for everything that has happened thus far in life and take total 100% responsibility.

Meaning, you look the way you are because you caused it. Now DO something about it.

This is all folks.

Take *some* of these 30 ways to transform your body and start applying it right now. Take that first step and then the next step after that. This is a wake up call.

Realize that you’re an amazing human being. Start acting like it.

It’s all about the foods you’ll be eating everyday this month. All you need do is make ONE change…and to deplete and delete ONE bad food habit from your diet for the entire month of July. And introduce ONE good food or habit for the entire month of July.

So what bad food habit will you delete?

For some people it’ll be alcohol, fastfood, fruit juice, soft drinks etc.

Personally, I’m going to delete this bad food habit called xyz here. So my dear readers join me in this challenge and post what bad food habit you’ll delete and good food habit you’ll do this month here!

I’m just asking that you choose to deplete your diet of one bad habit.

It could be soda, gluten, dairy, or even just one wheat product (such as not eating cereal for the next 31 days – and I know how addictive that can be). You might give up indomie, or alcohol, or heck, even bread. It doesn’t matter what it is, just identify your weakness and hit the “deplete and delete button” on that food from your diet for the next month.

3 Nigerian Foods To Eat that Help Start Up the Detox Process for Weight Loss


I’ve got a question for you in today’s series on “Detox, Lose Weight, Reverse Aging SuperFast – 3” which is: Is Your Body Acidic?

I know, I know…how would you know if your body is acidic or not? That’s exactly what you will discover in today’s article where I talk about Detoxification and your Food. Before we begin, here’s a personal testimony of a cure for mum’s 9 year old problem after she used a Detox program few months ago. It started sometime exactly 9 years ago with common cough. My mum coughed and coughed and coughed so hard yet all manner of cough syrups could do nothing for her. Then she went for several tests (ear, nose and throat test, chest, bowels, surgery in her throat etc) but no matter what drugs they gave to her, my mum became even more allergic to smells and dust.

This was someone in her 50’s who never had an asthmatic attack before suddenly began using all manner of inhalers, we even got her an oxygen bottle in her room so she used it whenever she was gasping for air. It was that bad. Talk about nebulizers, we had them all. From Abuja to Lagos to Kaduna and eventually to India, yet the coughing and whizzing and allergies didn’t stop.

Somehow 3 months ago this year, I happened on some detoxification information and gave it to my mum, she used it and within a space of 2 months, all allergies, coughs subsided. You won’t believe it. It’s a miracle something we were treating for 9 years suddenly got healed. It’s a miracle I tell you because we have prayed and prayed and fasted and fasted for this health challenge to go and now its finally gone!

Thanks to God for leading me to this miracle.

The 6 Stages Of How Toxins Cause Illness

A German scientist, Hans-Heinrich Reckeweg, was the first to recognize the negative effects of toxins to the health of an organism.

Toxins, which are not removed, are stored in the interconnectivity tissue which acts as a form of waste dump in the body. Once toxins build up too far, they penetrate into body cells and accumulate in the tissue of the extremities and finally even in various organs such as kidneys, liver and intestines. 1. Excretion Phase: The body’s immune system is intact and resorts to alternative methods of excreting the overload of toxins such as diarrhea or a runny nose.

2. Inflammation Phase: If the excretion phase does not remove the overload of toxins, the body resorts to an inflammatory response in an attempt to neutralize the toxins. This is where you begin to get all manner of infections which require antibiotics to be treated with.

3. Deposition Phase: If the toxins cannot or have not been fully excreted and new toxins continue to enter the body, the toxins are stored in the fluid between cells inside your body (intracellular space and unseen to the naked eyes). 

4. Impregnation Phase: The toxins from the intracellular space invade and enter the cell. This phase often results in severe health symptoms and some damage to different organs.

5. Degeneration Phase: The high concentration of toxins within the cells destroys large groups of cells resulting in organ degeneration.

6. Differentiation Phase:  Illnesses during this phase are characterized by the creation of non-specialized cell forms (cancer).

Detox, Lose Weight, Reverse Aging SuperFast – 1


Welcome to my the Part 1 of my Brand New weight loss tips for Nigerians series titled “Detox, Lose Weight, Reverse Aging SuperFast”. In Africa, most especially Nigeria the majority of us are not used to the term “detox” and do not practise any form of detoxification.

But in today’s article, I would be happy to enlighten you more about it especially if you are healthy right now or desire to lose weight and keep a slim, gorgeous shape for life.

 

Firstly, what is a Detox? 

“Detox” is the short name for the word “detoxification”. According to freedictionary.com, detoxification is the treatment for poisoning by purging the body of intoxicating or addictive and toxic substances. The word “detox” is often interchanged with the word “cleanse” but there is a slight difference between the two:

Cleansing is the process of eliminating toxins from the body In particular, the toxic waste that is impacted in the colon (large intestine). It is pure poison.

Detoxification is the “natural process” of filtering wastes from the cells, organs and bloodstream. We ALL need to go on a cleanse and detox program regularly because of the peculiar environment we currently live in but before I share more on that, here’s an answer to a question a client asked me via email some days ago:

Does the human body detoxify itself?

Yes, God made the human body so perfect and capable of carrying out a normal “everyday” detoxifying process using very important organs of the body such as:

1) Liver

2) Colon

3) Others like your lungs, kidneys and skin

The human body is perfectly capable of cleansing itself of any toxic buildup but our bodies are getting constantly bombarded by toxins due to the present world’s environmental pollution and bad eating habits and so the capacity of our body organs to naturally detoxify itself gets diminished.

The appalling thing about this whole thing is, we don’t know how bad our organs are until it finally breaks down and its damage is almost irreversible. This is why it is important to get the body detoxified manually.

In more developed countries, people detoxify their bodies at least once every 6 months. This is another SECRET of celebrities like Kim Kardiasian, Oprah Winfrey, Beyonce, Anne Hathaway, Megan Fox, Gwyneth Paltrow, Guliana Rancic etc.

Another appalling report states that medical doctors discover more than 50% toxic build-up in the internal organs of the human bodies of people who have died when they do autopsies. What does this tell you? It clearly shows that the body loses its natural ability to clean itself beyond a certain point.

QUESTION: Why WAIT until your internal organs become TOXIC beyond repair before you Detoxify it? 

Well the answer is obvious:

1. We think we are healthy until our bodies breakdown completely

2. We don’t actually see the damages already taking place in our organs because they are hidden inside our bodies

3. We ignore the little signals our bodies show us like frequent allergies, tiredness, body pains, joint pains, frequent colds, aging pretty fast, rash etc — even emotional releases of anger, sadness and fear.

4. We are not enlightened enough on what detox is, its importance and how to do one from home

5. Well, you can add your other reasons why you have NOT done a detox all your life

UGLY Truth: People take care of their cars More than their bodies

As a culture we are very aware of our external cleanliness. We clean our teeth daily, we bath and wash our hair regularly if not daily (for men) and we like to look and smell clean because it makes us feel better. Similarly, detoxification is an internal cleansing.

The problem is that it’s often hard to know when our internal cleansing mechanisms are not functioning well. Unlike other parts of our body it is very hard to know how well our liver is working, and our liver is the main detoxification organ. Apart from synthesizing and secreting bile, the liver acts as a filter for toxins and bacteria in the blood and chemically neutralizes toxins, converting them into substances that can be eliminated by the kidneys.

Although it is mostly ignored by our current medical system, the detoxification system is a key component of our body’s functioning. Most of the molecules made by our bodies every day, are for getting rid of waste products. We need hundreds of enzymes, vitamins and other molecules to help rid the body of unwanted waste products and chemicals.

We need to manufacture these molecules to help take the good from what we ingest and get rid of the unwanted. Although the bulk of the work is done by the liver and the intestinal tract, the kidneys, lungs, lymphatic system and skin are all involved in this complex detoxification system.

The purpose of a detoxification program is primarily to support these organs of elimination so that toxins present in the body can be metabolized and excreted. But when toxins build up over time, your body resorts to more extreme measures to force those impurities out of the cells and organs in an effort to remain healthy.

As these symptoms manifest, many people jump to the conclusion that they have caught a ‘bug’ and take medicines or antibiotics to stop the uncomfortable symptoms of detoxifying. But medicines that stop the natural cleansing process actually suppress your immune system and drive toxins further into your body.

After years and years of toxic overload and then suppressing your body’s own natural cleansing cycle, your major organs will simply give up the struggle and become “diseased”. Your body, lacking the lifeforce to fight, will then succumb to illnesses like cancer, chronic fatigue or acute candidiasis that can kill you.

I have a personal testimony on a cure for mum’s 9 year old problem when she used a Detox program few months ago. I will share more about it in my next series titled “Detox, Lose Weight, Reverse Aging SuperFast – 2” but here’s a typical question any sane person will ask: 

 

“I’m healthy, How do I know I need a Detox?

Studies show most Americans have somewhere between 400 and 800 chemicals stored in their bodies, typically in their fat cells, so the fatter you are, the more such toxins are stored in there. But do toxins affect only overweight people? Absolutely NOT!

As long as a slim person lives in a worse off environment than America (*eyes rolling* you know our country), then they too are affected but do not realize that until they get a chronic disease after years of subtle and often consistent exposure to a combination of such toxins.

Here are some signals to show you need a Detox as soon as Possible

* You are always tired

* You are overweight

* You have trouble sleeping

* Your have mood swings, you are irritable

* You feel nauseous, heavy

* You have trouble digesting food and feel bloated

* You are constipated

* You feel fragile, vulnerable

* You catch a cold frequently and it lasts longer

* You have small spots and patches on your skin

* You often have unexplained headaches or back pain

* You have unexplained memory failure

* You have brittle nails and hair, frequent allergies, exposure to cleansing solvents, pesticides, diuretics and certain drugs, etc.

* You know that you eat too much fat and sugar-rich foods, that you drink too much alcohol, and you have problems such as high cholesterol and high tension.

4 Small Steps to Successful and Painless Fat Loss in Nigeria


Wow! Its almost end of the year 2012. How far have you gone in your fat loss journey? Just answer silently. When it comes to losing weight right as a Nigerian I’m sure you already know the drill – If your loved ones are not already giving you unsolicited advice about how to lose weight, some other people who have no business talking about it keep advising you. For example, “Kemi, reduce the amount of food you eat!”. How true that is to an extent. 

That simple advise all boils down to Fat Loss = Take in fewer calories, burn more calories.

If you’re the type of person who’s been in the never-ending cycle of gaining and losing weight all year round, you may be going about things all wrong. One of the most common ways for people to lose weight is to go on a crash diet.

Some people suddenly try to change all of their bad habits at once. For some, doing this is exactly what they just need. But for a lot of people, the change is too drastic and they find themselves returning back to their old lifestyle which is really strong and unbearable until they give in.

For some people, they may stick to this diet for 1 week, 2 weeks and even 1 month and then stop. This leads to the never-ending cycle of failure yet again. I’m sure one or two people reading this can identify with this. But there’s a solution to that.

If you have trouble with drastic changes to your diet, the best way to lose weight and be successful at it is to take things one step at a time. When you change just one small thing into a healthier habit, you find that you don’t feel so deprived — and you’re more likely to stick with it. To help you with that, here are 4 small steps to successful and painless fat loss in Nigeria! 4 Small Steps to Successful and Painless Fat Loss in Nigeria

1. Look at what you drink: If you drink nothing but sugary drinks (cola drinks, “fantaliscious “drinks etc), alcohol, coffee, diet and energy drinks, then you may want to take a look at how many calories you’re consuming. These drinks have virtually no nutrition and “cost” you many more calories. If you’re find it hard to completely give up these types of drinks, then gradually decrease the number of sugary drinks you have per day.

This alone can help you to lose weight or better still there are some natural juices you can drink without any fear of weight gain, instead they help you burn fat. 2. Start with 30 minutes of exercise, 3 days a week: If you ask your doctor how often you should exercise, most will recommend getting 30 minutes of moderate exercise every day, but you already know how difficult that is in the real world for people who don’t normally exercise at all. It’s either you find it difficult to adjust your time to exercising or you don’t have the motivation to do that daily.

Another issue is, if you try to do too much at once you may hurt yourself or get too tired and this may be the one thing that may stir you off from exercising for a very long time. Instead, take things in small steps — start by exercising just 3 days a week, that’s 3 days out of 7 days in a week and then gradually work your way up to more days in a week. That is a sure recipe for consistent fat loss success.

3. Don’t deprive yourself of your favorite food: “Ah, do you mean I can still eat my favorite food and lose weight?”. Yes, you can! And eating your favorite food is part of a healthy, natural weight loss program. I already shared quite a lot on why eating your favorite, fat-storing foods help accelerate fat loss, so I won’t go into that today but you can always read it here.

Most times, you have some type of favorite food that ends up being “forbidden” when you go on a diet. Because it’s your favorite, you end up craving it much harder than you normally do and then eventually you go back to your old ways. You don’t have to give this food up! But you also shouldn’t eat it every day. Plan to eat it, keeping within your calorie deficit. By that, I mean eat a small portion of it once a week, and you won’t feel deprived.

4. Get back on track: It’s true, sometimes we slip up. We have one binge day or the other where we just let loose. That’s a part of life. But the thing is when some people slip up, however, they stay that way, going back to their old lifestyle. If you overindulge, don’t beat yourself up over it, but also don’t use it as an excuse to keep overeating. Get back on track starting with the next meal.

It’s no big deal. But it is a BIG one if you continue in your old unhealthy life style. 2 kg added today, can lead to 5kg another day and before you  can say “Ben Johnson”,  you may have added 15kg to what you already weigh…did I hear someone say “God forbid”? Hehehe…

Anyway, that’s it.

These things are all small things that you can start doing today. By taking things just one step at a time, you’ll find that it is much easier to lose fat and become healthy.

Weight Loss During Ramadan: How to use Fasting for Weight Loss


I receive a lot of questions in my email asking me how to use Christian fasting for Weight Loss and since Ramadan is upon the Muslims, I will be sharing some secrets on how to use Ramadan for Weight Loss and any kind of spiritual fast for weight loss. So Christians take some notes as well and apply.

Ramadan is an excellent opportunity to lose some weight, although it can be a tough time to keep to a diet plan whether it is weight loss or muscle building but it CAN be done. For those of you who don’t know what’s involved with Ramadan, Ramadan is a month long dawn to dusk fast observed as part of the Muslim religion. This year it started on 10th July and finishes in 30 days time.

During the daylight you do not drink any liquid (not even water) and you don’t eat any food. The origins of Ramadan are for increased spirituality and as a time to practice self restraint. Some Christians have a similar tradition with Lent where they are encouraged to give up something for 6 weeks.

When you do any form of prolonged fast, you are already resetting your metabolism by the protracted, long overnight fast, as well as the daily fasting. Your metabolism resets and your body begins to change the way it does things.

Weight loss during the first few days is just dehydration. It may be exciting to see that you lost 2-3 pounds in the first day or two, but that’s all water loss and dehydration. No human can lose 2 pounds of fat overnight. It’s just water. But it’s still exciting!

So how can we maximize weight loss during Ramadan?

The most important factor is to avoid gorging or “binge eating” at night. We have found that gorging once a day is the fastest way to gain weight. Your body thinks it’s in a state of famine, and will store everything you eat as fat, because it is worried about food supply. Further, eating once a day scares your body and your body starts to shut down and slow down your metabolism. You don’t want to slow down your metabolism or you will gain weight. I already explained all these in detail here.

As an exercise, restricting yourself from not eating for a period of time is a good one to go through, whether you are Muslim or not, it can help give you confidence that you can cope with hunger and stick to a plan and not give into any cravings you may have. If you are a Muslim and can go without food and drink for this length of time then you should have added confidence that you can stick to any diet plan at any time of the year.

Weight Loss During Ramadan

 

On the face of it being on a fast you have a real opportunity to lose weight and get ripped if you really want to. However depending on your background and family situation you might be confronted with a lot of treat-like foods when you break your fast. You need to have a mental and physical strategy of how you are going to deal with this, otherwise you could end up in trouble overeating.

The obvious thought process is that ‘I’ve been good all day I’ve stuck to the fast, I can eat whatever I want can’t I?’ Not really, you still need to keep an eye on how many carbs you consume if you want to lose weight. So let’s assume you have free will over what you eat, and your auntie is not going to force feed you samosas and the likes.

What ideally are you going to eat and drink?

 

1. Drink Water First

As soon as you break your fast, concentrate on getting rehydrated first by drinking water. You are going to be thirstier than you are hungry and hunger often disguises itself as thirst. By rehydrating first you are helping to prevent yourself from overeating. Don’t drink water just by itself, it’s quite hard to try and drink a lot of plain water no matter how thirsty you are. As a minimum you can squeeze some lemon or lime you’re your water to give some flavor, helps you rehydrate and also helps you drink more.

2.  Another option to rehydrate is to have a whey protein shake

Don’t add any extra carbs like fruit or the extras as you may end up feeling full as a result of the shake, just mix whey with water. This will help you get protein into your muscle cells as well as help with hydration.

 

4 Tips on Foods to eat to break your Ramadan Fast

 

Tip 1: Once you have rehydrated then its time to think food. Traditionally there may be a lot of ram to eat during Ramadan. Lamb or ram can be quite a fatty meat so if you are going to have this then make sure what you have with it does not have too much additional fat. If possible, the best options are to have chicken and fish. Eat it with the low carb vegetables like cabbage, ugwu, green/spinach, lettuce etc as are recommended in the 101 Flat Belly and Fat Loss Nigerian Cooking recipes here.

Other foods you can eat include oats, millet, semolina, beans, lentils, brown rice, “moi-moi”, “akara”, chicken, beef, “suya”, eggs, milk, “ewedu”, “efo”, “tuwo”, “masa”, dried seeds and nut like dates. Vegetables and fruits like oranges, watermelon, banana, pine-apple, apples, celery, lettuce, cucumbers, onions, spinach etc. In the Salad Cookbook of my 101 Flat Belly and Fat Loss Nigerian Cooking 12-set Cookbooks, you would find over 15 different fat-burning delicious salad recipes you can enjoy during Ramadan.

 

Tip 2: Now that I’ve talked about what to eat, if you really want to lose weight during this season then you must limit the intake of sweets, fried and fatty foods such as bread and baked goods.

 

Tip 3: You can eat a slightly larger meal but you don’t really need to. You may think ‘I need to overeat to help me get through the whole day without eating’. If you want to lose weight then what is the point of that? The truth is you should want to utilise your excess fat stores to fuel yourself through the day during the fast instead, so no need to overeat.

 

Tip 4: If you overeat too much at night you could end up creating more fat than you then burn off during the rest of the day to get back to the same starting point when the fast is over. You are going to need to overeat to some degree but just make sure the extra consumption comes from more protein like fish, chicken, eggs etc.

What to eat before daybreak

 

You have a second feeding opportunity before your daily fast starts.  Again it is important to hydrate yourself fully as you are going to be going all day without a drink so I would make sure that you have a whey protein drink, this kills 2 birds with one stone as you get hydration as well as nutrition. You could also drink lots of water with lemon or lime.

A good option for food is to eat is chicken and spinach omelette (Check the 101 Fat Loss Nigerian Cooking recipes for that), you could make this the evening before and have it ready to eat when you wake up. Eggs are a good option to have as they help keep you feeling fuller for longer. For your meal, drink plenty of water, start with soup and salad, Even a few nuts and an apple is fine. Or you could eat a banana and dark chocolate.

Exercise and training for fat loss during Ramadan

 

Ah, did you think I would leave this out? *wink, *wink* If you plan to use the Ramadan fasting season as an opportunity to burn off some unwanted fat from your body, then you would have to do some sort of exercising. Just keep it light.

As you will already be de-hydrated by not drinking since when you first woke up, this could affect you especially if you exercise too hard you are likely to become more dehydrated which could result in dizziness and light headedness and lead to passing out. Be sensible and listen to your body and stop at the first signs of any different sensations.

2 ways to exercise for weight loss during any type of Spiritual Fasting

 

1. Train before you break your fast in the evening

2. Break your fast, drink and eat and then train.

If you are going to train before you break your fast in the evening then let it coincide close to the time you break your fast. So if the fast ends at 6pm then train between 5-6pm. It’s more beneficial to exercise closer to breaking your fast rather than at lunch time because you are then able to get food into your system much quicker after training to start the recovery process and you will be dehydrated for a shorter period of time during the day.

Have a snooze after work

Another good strategy is to have an early evening sleep from when you get home from work until you are ready to exercise. This will help you produce more growth hormone which will aid both fat loss and muscle gain, it will also help take your mind off not being able to eat.

When it comes to exercising for fat loss start with more gentle forms of training like treadmill, bike, rowing machine rather than high intensity intervals, to begin with at least, if you find you can handle the higher intensity then by all means do it but just be careful you don’t dehydrate too much.

When it comes to losing weight if you manage yourself properly particularly eating well then you could get really lose weight during Ramadan or any kind of fastng.
